Ask about cadences
Cadences are rhythms founders reuse. Export doc checklist is a one-page or one-card tool meant to be printed, pinned, and revised, not archived in a drive named Final_Final_v7. We design for teams under twenty, where the owner still attends the standup.
Print it. Assign a named owner. Review it at the same time each week or month. When load-shedding hits, the card should still tell you what to protect first. Pair with Ops Playbook SME or Finance Cadence toolkit tiles when the card is not enough alone.
