VAT calendar and invoice discipline rebuild.
This project ran in Centurion with a founder team that needed calm urgency, not a rebrand theatre. We opened with a blocker sentence, chose toolkit tiles that matched the week, and kept a play checklist visible on the wall. Paper survives power cuts better than a forgotten slide.
What worked: narrow scope, daily fifteen-minute standups, and a handoff note that a regional adviser could continue. What failed when we tested wider scope: adding brand redesign mid-sprint, or treating export paperwork as a Saturday afterthought. The lesson is now baked into our plays. Protect the checklist, delay the decoration.
